Goalie Coaching & Biomechanics Training in Dallas-Fort Worth | AD Goaltending
Dallas-Fort Worth’s data-driven goaltending development program
AD Goaltending uses biomechanics and neuromechanics technology to measure how a goalie’s muscles fire and how their nervous system processes decisions, down to hundredths of a second. The result is training built on what the data shows, not guesswork.
Our analysis draws on advanced biomechanical data from 40 NHL players, 20 Olympians, and 15 Stanley Cup champions. We’re using it to establish new metrics for how elite goalies think and move, with a focus on health as well as performance. Studying how much force goes through a goalie’s hips based on their mechanics has already been eye-opening, and we’ll share more of that data soon.
Meet your director: Anthony D’Aloisio
Anthony has more than a decade of coaching experience. He has advised the Dallas Stars Elite Hockey Club, coaches privately, and serves as the Goaltending Director for the Dallas Stars Elite Girls, Team Dallas, Texas Tigers, and Texas Heat.
As a player, he spent two years in professional hockey and four at the University of Southern Maine, where he set the school’s single-season and career shutout records and earned 10 NEHC All-Conference honors, including all-rookie team as a freshman.
Anthony pairs that playing background with an analytical approach to teaching. He has worked with an MIT alum and NHL staff to build programs that track trigonometric data on shots from anywhere on the ice, which opens the door to a new way of analyzing goaltending.
Mind and body, together
Sports Science Solutions and Human Performance Group: our partners help us measure the full picture of how a goalie moves and performs both physically and mentally.
Cerebral Sports: film review builds hockey IQ and teaches goalies to read the game and gain a tactical edge.
Combined with biomechanical and neuromechanical testing, this is how we build complete goalies.
Where we train
On-ice sessions in Frisco, Plano, Valley Ranch, Farmers Branch, Euless, and Northlake, plus off-ice development throughout the DFW area.
